RETURNS
Please choose carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made to order.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES WITH YOUR CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINT
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Please contact us via email at admin@jarrodbarnes.com within 14 days of receipt including your order number, details of damage/issue and photos to ensure that the item can be returned within 30 days.
If you are requested to return your order, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure items are repackaged suitably to prevent further damage. We will notify you via email once your return has been received. If the return is approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.
EXCHANGES
Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product please email details and photos of the damage/issue to admin@jarrodbarnes.com within 14 days of receipt.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will confirm whether a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Bank or credit card company processing times can take up to 3-5 business days.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given, we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If shipping an item over $75, please consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
